Ready-stock orders are usually processed within 2–4 working days. Custom orders may take 7–15 working days after design confirmation.
Delivery timeline
Once shipped, most domestic deliveries arrive within 3–7 working days depending on your location and courier partner.
Shipping charges
A standard shipping charge may apply at checkout (configurable in store settings). Festival rush periods may affect timelines — we will keep you informed.
Order tracking
Registered customers can view order status under My Orders. For urgent updates, contact us with your order number.
Damaged or delayed shipments
