Returns & Refunds
We want you to be delighted with every creation. Please review the following guidelines before requesting a return.
Eligible returns
Unused ready-stock items in original condition may be considered for return within 7 days of delivery if there is a manufacturing defect or wrong item shipped.
Non-returnable
- Custom / made-to-order pieces
- Items washed, worn or altered
- Products without original packaging tags (where applicable)

Refunds
Approved refunds for prepaid orders are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item. COD orders may be refunded via bank transfer or store credit as mutually agreed.
