We offer multiple size options for Laddu Gopal / Bal Krishna idols. Product pages list available variants. For special sizes, use our Custom Orders form.
Can I place a custom order? +
Yes. Share colour, size, occasion and reference photos on the Custom Orders page. We confirm timeline and price before starting.
How long does delivery take? +
Ready stock usually ships within 2–4 working days across India. Custom pieces may take 7–15 working days depending on design.
Which payment methods are accepted? +
You can pay via Cash on Delivery (where available) or online through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking) when enabled.
How should I care for the dresses? +
We recommend gentle hand wash or dry clean for heavily embellished pieces. Store flat and avoid rough folding on embroidery.
How can I track my order? +
Log in and open My Orders for status updates. You will also receive email confirmation when an order is placed (once SMTP is configured).
